Q: Where were you this time last year?

A: I was working at Richmond Middle School.

 

Q: Why did you choose HHS?

A: I chose Hanover High School because I was working with some students at Richmond Middle School and I moved forward with them to HHS.

 

Q: What would you like students to know about you?

A: I would like students to know that I enjoy reading and discussing with young people and I like learning from them.

 

Q: What are your first impressions of Hanover High School?

A: It seems like a good place to be.

 

Q: What is your favorite book?

A: I love the book The House Keeper and the Professor because it shows how we are all human beings and how it is not about being perfect, but about being open to other people.

Name: Robyn Deakins

Department: Math (Student Teacher)

 

Q: Where were you this time last year?

A: I was in college (Dartmouth) and I was finishing senior fall.

Q: Why Hanover High School?

A: I didn’t choose HHS, it chose me. I was doing Dartmouth student teacher work and I got assigned to HHS.

 

Q: What would you like students to know about you?

A: I would like students to know that I am happy to be here.

 

Q: What are your first impressions of Hanover High School?

A: I thought that it is so colorful compared to other high schools that I have heard of.

 

Q: What is your favorite extracurricular activity?

A: I enjoy being involved in Model UN. I have been involved in Model UN through high school and college, and I help out with conferences.
